    Understanding seeds, seedlings, and the concept of plant life cycle; Seed Sowing: Seed bed preparation; Sowing seeds; Raising and transplanting seedlings; Testing seed viability; Seed dormancy (causes and breaking methods); Vegetative propagation: Basics of stem cutting (e.g. Money plant, Hibiscus), layering, budding and grafting.
